Chris Low is Chief Marketing Officer for CLL Global Integrated Marketing Consulting Group where she is responsible for business development consulting, driving new strategic sports and entertainment alliances and building the gap between digital e-commerce based start-ups and traditional multimedia conglomerates and sports organizations. Her expertise also includes multi-platform projects involving end-to-end sponsorship activation within complex matrix corporate environments.
Prior to this role, Low was head of Integrated Marketing for the International Olympic Committee based in Lausanne, Switzerland, nurturing all exclusive global broadcast partner relations and acting internal conduit to support their drive on return on investment via on and off-air channel commerce such as ad-sales, sponsorships, licensing and other revenue driven businesses towards, during and post broadcast of the Olympic Games within their assigned territories, and mediator between the global broadcast partners and TOP sponsors. Direct broadcast partnership management included no less than NBC Universal, CCTV, TV Globo, EBU and the Japan Consortium.
Other integral positions include no less than Director, Affiliate Sales & Marketing for Setanta Sports International in San Francisco, New York, London and Dublin driving North American distribution of a full time linear international premium sports channel across the major MSO’s and telcos, and head of Live Events in the Off-Channel Commerce Brand Management team for Turner Broadcasting Networks Asia Pacific in Hong Kong where she was responsible for ideating live event productions, creating and pitching multi-platform sponsorships across Asia Pacific through to event sponsorship and event management execution ensuring optimal brand management on and off-air through its course tying in sister company resources such as Warner Bros Consumer Products and Warner Bros Pictures.
Low began her sports management career in 1994 in sports event management for the ATP Tour’s Salem Open in Hong Kong and Client Services Director for the Asian Professional Golf Association Tour (currently known as The Asian Tour) where she was responsible for strategic ad-sponsor accounts and cross region sales and marketing campaigns.
She received her bachelor’s degree in sports medicine at Pepperdine University in Los Angeles and a master’s in sports business and management at University of San Francisco.
